It's not that bad to get to Kevin. I live right near there, and you'd be surprised how little traffic there is most of the time. Canal street has traffic that is much worse closer to Hudson and Varick streets. But by the highway, it's actually pretty good. They just opened the Tomato Store there as well. Dare I say it, but that square is actually almost cute.
