<description>&lt;p&gt;I think this is their standard emergency plan for trains that break down, fire on the tracks, etc. Might be useful in case of terrorism, but maybe not - would depend on the situation.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;how long would a rescue train take to reach the scene of an accident or terror attack?  i mean, that&apos;s got to take an hour to restore power and get it out there-- wouldn&apos;t that be a bit too late?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
