(We would have been stuck with that west side stadium.) But at this point, we definitely need a sole authority who can start building down there. I'm not crazy abt that new $2 billion PATH station. Its gradiosity is based on its original conception of a transit hub with a new LIRR connection. That's not happening. The one we have now is just fine. But this lawsuit is emblematic of why there's nothing there 4 years on, and why nothing will be started anytime soon. www.forgotten-ny.com

Agreed. Enough is enough. They have no legal right to even file a lawsuit. Like that truckload of money the government foolishly dumped on them was enough. As a student of Pace U’s CSIS, I’m happy for all the grants we’re getting, but do they have to name the ENTIRE school after the guy? 15 Million Is a lot but come on! http://appserv.pace.edu/execute/page.cfm?doc_id=17318 That should be 15 Million a year to keep his name on the school.

I am sorry your son, daughter, wife, husband, etc died, but that does not give you the right to decide what happens. Enough, move on. I wish Pataki had the balls to stand up to this B.S." Damn Straight!!! These people need to STFU already. It is privately owned property. They have no right to demand anything. Pataki and Bloomberg are both sackless bitches.
