i actually looked at the maintenance, and it was only 2 or 3k per month! what a value! and i walk by the building pretty frequently, it's very well kept. i imagine they make some revenue from the gallery downstairs or something.

I think I'm going to vomit. I have a very good job. I make plenty of money by working hard, and I can't afford something 1/10th the cost of this place. Anyone have a cool $30MM they can loan me? I'm good for it. I swear.
