<description>&lt;p&gt;Do I sense envy here? If cats suck, can your wonderful dog kill some of those rats? I didn&apos;t think so. All dogs can do is make a lot of noise, but they couldn&apos;t eliminate vermin if their lives depended on it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;The rats were always pretty numerous in the 110s.  In high school and junior high school when friends&apos; bands used to play at The West End Gate, in between sets we&apos;d all go out onto 114th street and see the biggest rats ever swarming the sidewalks.  Lately i&apos;ve been seeing them whenever i visit my parents (who live in the 70s btw WEA and RSD,) which is new. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
