<description>&lt;p&gt;yes, now please explain to me why it&apos;s illegial to photograph on/near bridges and tunnels here and possibly soon in the subway. i was stopped last year for snapping a picture in a cab coming through the queens-midtown tunnel.  the next day i went to the mta website to read the policy and hey-hey they provide streaming-live video themselves of bridges and tunnels.  totally nuts. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
