<description>&lt;p&gt;Its significant that the Mets have the chance to finish the year above .500, thats something to build on and props should be given to Omar Minaya for turning things around. He is super proactive and I bet that he will make a few good moves over the winter. It was a long shot to think that this year&apos;s Mets would be contenders, but next year, provided Pedro stays healthy, Beltran gets comfy, and Omar can sign a decent starting pitcher, you Mets fans you have a lot to look forward to.
