Husband and I recently saw this ad (and another one just like it, on the other side of the LIE, on a similar high rise). We laughed because they cut the heads off the bodies. Who needs heads, anyway?

The Buildings Department says they are just "too big and too high." That has to be the best quote ever... Don't know It's a little odd driving past them on the LIE. I wonder which is cheaper, getting the Fine or Getting the Permit?

i don't know that they are too big. but the bra is def too high.
