The problem here is that this woman as well as the Sheehan protest organizer were arrested mostly for stating their beliefs on the Iraq War which was started by Bush a friend of Mayor Bloomberg's. I am sure the cops would not arrest anyone who was naked or using a sound system that said "Bloomberg '05" but because Bush and the war could hurt Bloomberg these people were stopped and arrested.

A public indecency charge is "too scantily to be described"? I hesitate to love the NYT with all my heart. That's awesome. And I'm a critic.
