  • So glad you're running the numbers. A couple weeks back, I started to notice that each week's wedding section had a secret theme: One week, more than half the weddings took place in Massachusetts; another week, there were six separate events that involved federal judges or people who were or had been law clerks for federal judges; on another occasion, I noticed a preponderance of seemingly blue-collar weddings (this week had only the cop and the telephone repairman from Connecticut). This week, I could not detect a secret theme. Maybe the theme was no theme.
