Last night, the Tribute in Light could be seen. Tribute in Light will be displayed on Sunday, September 11, but Gothamist suspects they were testing the memorial from its new West and Morris Streets location (atop a parking garage). Yes, they were indeed testing it from the parking garage at West & Morris. This building is a block away from my apartment, so I hope to get some fantastic shots of it this year. (Last year my film camera putzed out on me with the metering and bombed on every single shot. ugh.)
