Possibly the most famous vegan in the city, musician Moby is moving from the Lower East Side to Central Park West. Does this mean there will be a teany on the Upper West Side? Gothamist would love for it to be next to a traditionally old school, divey bar like P.D. O'Hurley's or the P&G. New York magazine reports that Bono, Nina Griscom, and Charles Rockefeller wrote recommendation letters for him to get the "Art Deco aerie," "wedding-cake-style apartment has five terraces, including two with 360-degree views stretching from the George Washington Bridge to JFK." Damn, maybe we should look into selling vegan muffins. Anyway, Moby will use his downtown apartment as an office, so don't worry, you'll still see him at teany and we can only hope MTV Cribs will revisit his home.

Next thing you know, Moby will be eating meat.
Fewer murder victims to trip over on the UWS I suppose.
You always get this news up before Curbed does. Great job.
Moby always did have have the personality of an upper west side old cat woman. Seems like a good move. I actually just wanted to comment to say goodbye to all my gothamist friends.
