<description>&lt;p&gt;What an annoying non-story.  Step 1) Mayor makes some innocuous, commonsensical comments about his plan to lose weight.  Step 2) Reporter wanders around Chinatown, repeating the comments to anyone who wants to &quot;react&quot;  Step 3) Some people oblige with obnoxious comments, happy to assume that the mayor is a stereotyping idiot.
