It's by far one of the largest most misused spaces I have ever seen in NYC, and in the right hands it's got the potential to be big. Close enough to the train for the non-Slopers. And far enough away from the stroller-set that it can exist without too many worries of neighbors being that upset by noise. Heck, the old Meow Mix owners opened up Cattyshack a few doors down, so you know 4th Avenue is on it's way to being Brooklyn's Houston Street! Maybe... Seriously, that place has the potential to be something more than the occassional space for an oddball play or two if someone who knew something ran it.</p>
