just for the record, Minneapolis is a major center for advertising and Fallon is a big part of that. They'll do ok.

There's a difference between a creative agency and an effective agency. Some are the former, some are the latter, but very few are both.

Most certainly. It's surprising though that one of today's most arguably creative agencies - Crispin - is based in Miami. I guess there are exceptions to NYC's reign in advertising, but I don't forsee any legitimate challenger in the near future.

i worked there in its heyday and believe me only the most skeleton crew has been there for a few years...they talked about closing the office but were worried that it "looked bad" which HA! guess what? it does!

Maybe the graffiti billboard will be considered edgier in Minneapolis.

Riiiiight. Can you just picture an entire office of ad girls from Murray Hill living in Minnesota?? I wonder if they have Tasty-D & investment bankers to date out there?

Guess the graffiti billboard didn't go over too well. I noticed that thing a few days ago and it was high on top of a building where hardly anyone on the street would notice it. It was almost like stealth advertising.

Minneapolis? Hahahahah - sorry, but if I were one of the employees, I'd drop them quick and seek another job here. Fuck those winters man.
