Yes! I've actually never spent a 4th at home until now, but apparently there are a couple of fireworks displays you can see from our roof (near the GWB).

No fireworks over the Hudson this year (I think there were in 2000), but sometimes you can see teeny fireworks displays in Jersey.

Are there fireworks over the Hudson? Can any be seen from the W side of Madhattan?
