Miller was right to do what he did, but even he backed off on the keeping the 91st Street Transfer Station closed. Reopening it is an idea so bad that it's mindblowing.

this guy's a punk - period. he never stood a chance running for mayor, got lucky to get the cc presidency, and he had the balls to try and have the term limits overthrown for his own good. never forget that he sponsored the anti-smoking legislation either. they should dump all the garbage in his apartment!

After every action of the council a press conference is held in which Gifford is at the center while the council members and others that pulled the weight stand behind Gifford as bit players. Seems like he has narcissism issues.
