July 4: Water Taxi Beach Party

July 4-14: Les Halles Liberty Festival
This 11 day festival starts on Independence Day and continues through Bastille Day -- two holidays in one! Does anyone have a firm lock on the start time for the Nathan's contest? I know they say to be there by 11 for optimal viewing but that's not a huge help.

i think it starts slightly after 12. i think you might need to get there even earlier than 11.
