<description>&lt;p&gt;The Times story made no reference to this, but I heard a little while back that they&apos;d changed the name of the building to 250 Greenwich Street in an effort to avoid the possible tenant-frightening stigma of a World Trade Center address. Guess they&apos;re not flogging the change too hard, though.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
