Speaking of outdoor movies, "The Baxter" at Rockfeller Center last night was great. I could have done without the silly Q&A, but it was nice to see the whole troupe up there live. And the movie itself was funny and adorable.
Hoboken also has an outdoor film program, in the park with riv vu.
Thanks for posting this. Outdoor movies are one of my favorite parts of New York summers, and I've been wanting to get all the schedules in one place.
The Brooklyn movies are lovely, right under the bridge!
There's also the "Music & Movies" series in Prospect Park (http://www.briconline.org/celebrate/schedule.asp):
7/8: Hop-Fu: Prodigal Son (Sammo Hung) w/DJs providing new score,
7/22: Phantom of the Opera (1925) w/new score by Alloy Orchestra,
7/29: Sound of Music,
8/7: Tarzan, the Ape Man (1932) w/new electronic/jazz score
Emily mentioned the movies right under the bridge, but the schedule seemed to be ommitted from your list. Take a look here at the 'Movies with a View' starting in July.
