Upper East Side Upskirting Camera Revealed
Augh! Who knew that something that could be something worse than a bomb threat? A woman noticed a box with wires coming out of it under a grate at East 88th and Lexington. The police closed the street as they inspected the suspicious package... and it turned out to be a video camera set up to take upskirt pictures. The NYPD is trying to figure out what website had been receiving the pictures, as neighborhood women expressed their disgust and shock. One woman told the Post, "It's disturbing. I'm happy I wear pants most of the time." Video voyeurism is a felony in NY State.
Gothamist hopes some gross dudes wearing shorts and going commando walked over the grate...though those pictures would probably have a place on the Internet... Okay, we hope a dog pooped right exactly over the camera. And Gothamist on an upskirter arrested at a mall.

Eeeew! Just imagine the creepy thoughts of the creep(s) who took the time and effort to do this.
Imagine how the creep(s) may look normal and harmless on the outside but inside are imploding from the foul stench of those creepy thoughts.
I'm sure they will blame it on a Hobo like they did with the C Line Fire, then re-tract that and say it could of been MTA Employees but the camera will stay where it is for at least 5 years, then it will be removed in 9 months as they found some money in the budget.

I am obsessed about looking up women's skirts. So is most everyone else, including most NY POST readers. If anyone who should be shamed, it would be the NY POST staff, since they are stimulating people's obsession to make money.
It's like those Bush Christians who have all these strictures about sex. What are they obsessing about all the time? Sex, of course. However, they can claim they are "holy" as they obsess about sex.
What disturbs me is that there are a lot of schools in the area where girls wear skirts as part of the dress code... it's horrid to think of the perverts getting a kick out of that.
I think it was gifford miller who planted the camera. This took place near his district.
If women don't want perverted men checking out their underwear, they shouldn't wear underwear.

What kind of camera was this guy using? I mean, unless he is using some external IR lighting, the camera is definately not going to see where the sun don't shine, so to speak.
