<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, this was most certainly a bonehead maneuver; abandoning a vehicle on a bridge is the mark of a tourist: everyone knows you&apos;re supposed to abandon rented trucks inside Central Park, on the crosstown streets, under the overpasses. That&apos;s why they were constructed that way, so a rental truck can be wedged between the road and the stones. For extra points, the best times to do this are M-F during morning and afternoon rush hours.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
