<description>&lt;p&gt;Joe, actually I used unsweetened cocoa powder in place of hot chocolate mix because I didn&apos;t have hot chocolate mix on hand and knew that it wouldn&apos;t make much difference.

I&apos;d say either would work fine.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Ah, so that&apos;s how they make it.  Have you tried it without adding the store-bought hot chocolate mix?  The reason I ask is that most mixes are just sugar, cocoa, and non-fat dry milk (with stabilizers etc. for extending shelf life).  So essentially they&apos;re taking chocolate, sugar and milk and adding sugar, chocolate and milk.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

I forgot to mention that the recipe can serve up to 4 people, depending on portion size.  If you want to make it in the size glass you see in the pic, which holds about 8 ounces of liquid, you can make 4.  With taller daquiri-style goblets, it&apos;d probably make 2.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
