<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, compared to about four years ago, Manhattan rentals aren&apos;t quite as crazy. But Brooklyn prices kept going up, to the point of where it was comparable to prices in the city in some parts. A lot of people I know moved back into the city from Brooklyn just this past year.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
