I grew up in a strict religious community (with a private school attached),where I walked around in high heels and platinum hair. I had no friends and was a major compulsive liar and thief. As a adult I began writing fiction and Todd's movies inspired me above and beyond. He's wonderful--and he's right: Nothing's more disturbing than what happens in real life.
