<description>&lt;p&gt;the &apos;fungi(!)-based&apos; food is quorn and it rocks! i became addicted when i was living in the UK.  make sure you try the tv-dinner style meals like chicken tikka &amp; cottage pie if you can find it.  yum. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
