<description>&lt;p&gt;I ate this soup at Craftbar several weeks ago. It was very nice, but as noted, a bit light on the crab. I think I prefer, as in the comment above, roasted parsnips (with vinegary glaze?) like those done by Scott Bieber at Taste, or parsnip puree.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;You&apos;re right, parsnips are totally overlooked, but I am in love with roasted parsnips, and I had a scallop dish at Hearth recently with parsnip puree and pancetta -- the sweet and salty combination was delicious.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
