I would like to know the telephone number and address of the various lawyers suing the daily news on the scratch off game, so I may enlist one of them

anyone interested in persuing this should contact me ... I have a lawyer willing to take this on a contingency basis. In other words no fee upfront. I think we have a good case ... and so does at least three lawyers

I BELIEVE THIS MATTER CAN BE RESOLVED IF THE DAILY NEWS AND D.L. BLAIR PUT UP THE MONEY FOR ALL WINNERS. IF THEY DECIDE NOT TO PAY THEY WILL LOSE SALES AND THEY WILL PAY MILLIONS TO ATTORNEYS TO REPRESENT THEM IN THE THOUSANDS OF LAWSUITS. ALL WINNERS CONTACT A LAWYER AND ADVISE ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO BOYCOTT THE DAILYNEWS.

If you want to be part of the lawsuit contact Steven Gilding at 718-523-1111. He is the lawyer taking all cases. His name was mention on the New York Post as to the lawyer that has more than 30 plaintiffs for the “Scratch n’ Stiff” suit.

Everyone who didn't win is complaining about the greediness of the people who thought they did win and want to be compensated. I myself being one of the winning loser's so to speak, but as you stated some of these people are homeless with children and for 24 hours thought they would be able to give their children a home, food, clothing you know the main staples in life, and the Daily News has said basically said too bad it was someone elses fault. They don't seem to care about the human side of this mistake and how not all of us but some of the winners have once again had the perverbable rug pulled out from underneath them once again. I think someone has to held accountable and if the daily news cannot be sued then the accounting firm should be. Because some of us really needed that win and to give a dream for 24 hrs and take it back without so much as an apology is just cruel. I have cancelled my subcription I hope everyone else follows suit. Why shold the daily news continue to profit.

Just one question when the daily news prints an article the have someone proof read it to be sure all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed to aviod a liable suit for mis quotes. So how can they now say the had no way of checking the numbers before they were printed, what the five minutes to check that they were correct would have cost them too much money? or was it just not important enough after a mistake cost them nothing, but cost some of the readers more then they could possibly understand.

I THOUGHT WOW WHAT A BLESSING RIGHT BEFORE THE BABY, I CAN BE STRESS-FREE AND RELAX FOR THE REST OF MY PREGNANCY. THE TO READ THE PAPER THE NEXT MORNING, I HAD TEARS COMMING DOWN MY CHEEKS. I WAS SO UPSET. THAT WAS A HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO PEOPLE AND IN MY CURRENT SITUATION THEY ARE LUCKY I DIDNT GO INTO EARLY LABOR, I WAS SO DISTRAUGHT. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHAT SHOULD I DO? TRY FOR THE RAFFLE OR GO TO COURT LIKE SOME OTHERS AND TRY TO GET MY FAIR SHARE. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FILED? IF SO PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, MY E-MAIL IS BLURREDVISUALSS@AOL.COM.

After I scratch my number I saw I won $1,000 dollar, I call my boyfriend to tell him the good new. I then continued scratching another ticket and found out I won $100.000. I said to myself this is on believable. I then, called my boyfriend gain to tell him the good new. He could not believe it neither, we were so happy that we starting planning for our future...a down payment for a house, vacation and all. He was so happy that he was screaming and thanking God, because finally his prayer has come a reality.
I was planning taking half day at my job to go claim our money. My boyfriend called him job to request the date off, but his Supervisor gave him the breaking new about the wrong number miss print. He then called me and told me “ I don’t want to break your heard, but we didn’t win” Since, then we both us had been stress out heard breaking and sad. Now our question is what is best to do? Send the ticket for the lottery or suit the Daily News. Time is running, and it is making me even more stressful.

I had to hold my fragile mother after showing her the headlines on Sunday. I had just watched her come in from church as she normally does only this time as the rain came down she was walking on air...literally! She expected to cash in her $100k ticket and this for a person who in the past has suffered from extreme depression was a tragedy to see. I don't know what will come of this but the emotional scars are felt by many like the ripples of a stone thrown in a lake; the effects are felt by many.

Where's the Congressional inquiry into the irreparable psychological harm some of us have suffered from this debacle, now that we can't even trust scratch and match? That's what I want to know. Who can we trust? Think of the children.

Funny thing is that this exact same thing happened a while back - I think 1999 - when I used to work there. An angry mob descended on the News' lobby. It was actually a little scary. Anytime a worker would walk by, people would start yelling at them. I can't believe they'd let it happen again.

Like the Post is one to talk. Maybe we should ask them who the VP for the democratic party will be...

This is all pretty silly
