Fox 5 not only led with it, but showed live footage as the dog got hit by a car. Not hurt, it seems, but it still sent me squealing into the other room.

Yeah, I didn't watch the other local news, but I can't be-fuckin-lieve Fox fuckin 5 led with this fuckin story. I should know better than to expect anything of worth from local news but that was just ridiculous. And don't get me started on the "Death penalty, yay!" story later in the broadcast. I should really stop watching the news, or at least limit myself to more intelligent stuff like Wife Swap.

I don't know what's more upsetting--seeing that poor dog in the highway or the fact that someone actually named him "Snoopy."

Watching this stupid thing on the news ... the newscaster bitch's comment after finding out the dog was ok, "ok, thank god that poor dog was saved and survived. Meanwhile, two people stabbed in Brooklyn last night and I could care less ... "
