<description>&lt;p&gt;Family court in all boroughs is the dregs of the dregs. The attorneys are either alter kockers or 4th tier law school novitiates. Family Court Manhattan makes a minimum security prison look lavish. As far as was able to ascertain in my brief stint practicing there -- it utterly lacks windows and is perpetually shrouded in scaffolding. As far as the rule of law -- the supremely subtle tactic of yelling louder than your opposition is the winning tactic.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
