Yes, I wouldn't say I'm surprised so much as disappointed. :) Al has become so much more polished and restrained over the years, and is so often saying the right things nowadays from a progressive standpoint.. so it's easy to forget that you can still only trust him but so far, and should probably assume every move has a hustle underneath it. (which makes him no different than any other politician, i suppose)
