<description>&lt;p&gt;How exactly is he making things difficult?  Have you asked him to move out?  You say you hate to see it end this way, but yours is the only name on the lease -  What did this guy do?!?

I&apos;d say 30 days is the gold standard.  Any less and you&apos;re just being evil.  If he&apos;s a friend or whatever, I might give him a little more as long as it was understood that he wasn&apos;t going to get an &quot;extension&quot;.

Also, 8 years?!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
