<description>&lt;p&gt;Hmm.  Do you remember the Atlantic Avenue Station plot from 1997?  That came a lot closer to realization than this Grand Central thing:

Let&apos;s not forget WTC &apos;93.  Or the various bombing targets (bridges, tunnels, etc.) that put Omar Abdel-Rahman in jail.  Really, this has been going on for a while, and &quot;the madness&quot; will probably only end the mass murder of hundreds of innocent Americans is no longer thought of as a reasonable goal, but is made &quot;unthinkable&quot; in the sense that it&apos;s an idea that is never thought.  Probably, we&apos;re not going to live long enough to see that day.  It&apos;s one of those things we can hope for our grandkids, though.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
