that's hilarious. the pastry photo on wikopedia that you linked to has mysteriously disappeared and been replaced by the single-chin, full head of hair, head-shot of Gifford. His crack support staff really have their priorities straight and are right on top of the publicity photo distribution.

This move by gifford is payback for Bloomberg having a garbage processing plant planned for Gifford's district. It's a mystery how such an A-hole as Miller got to be head of the city council.
