<description>&lt;p&gt;Note: This isn&apos;t a &quot;fake&quot; holiday.  It&apos;s a very old feast day, which, like most other feast days (Christmas) has been taken over by marketing and gimmicks.  Now it has more in common with the &quot;Love Day&quot; of the Simpsons (which WAS a fake holiday).  I think St. Valentine would be mystified by the fact that he is (now) commemorated by a day dedicated to social pressure to have a date, get jewelry, and get laid. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
