How! Where's the cheese? How about a ribbon of blue cheese dressing over the cauliflower dish? Jo

Oh, and the cauliflower a la Romana at Babbo is heavenly. Of all the things we ate on our trip there, the cauliflower appetizer was by far the best.

any size packet of bacon will do, as you'll see in the recipe that you only need 2 or 3 strips. i usually by 8 oz packets. if you have the chance, look for all natural, nitrate free bacon commonly found in the mass produced varieties.

Out of curiosity, what constitutes a "packet" of bacon? is that 4oz, 8oz, 16oz? (8oz and 16oz are the commonly found sizes.)

I used to feel the same way about cauliflower -- fine, but dull, until I had some at Otto that I really liked. If Otto's is good, I can only imagine that Lupa's is better! Can't wait to try this.
