This same story was posted on craigslist months ago. Instead of a bagel, the author used a rat. it made the 'best of'

A better question is: If a Bagel falls on a window and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? One does wonder... ;) Probably the screen can just be poped out or Slid up. Can't tell how high up the window is, but that Ladder implies it's not at street level. A peeping Tom left his Snack??
