<description>&lt;p&gt;Wasn&apos;t there another case some time ago where a co-worker in some office was putting something poisonous in the coffee and that guy got off way too easy.  

This guy needs a few years in a psychiatric ward.  At least 10.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
