That plan was defeated after fervent opposition in Congress. What is it about administrations that put us in debt that they apparently like the Idea of screwing NY'ers? Is it because we're a "Blue" State? (A myth of the media: NY did not give a Sweeping endorsement of Kerry...) I've said it before: Any time a Politician says the word "Reform" ot "Morals", grab ahold of your Wallet. Nuts.</p>
