Really the only makeover Brooklyn needs is a concerted effort by the locals to run off the trustafarians, self-centered yuppies, and faux hipsters. You know, sort of like the people who create this online rag.

this is great. I hope it goes through. and I hope they find the best solution to address that cantilevered section of the BQE. between the shady service road at the bottom level and the harshness of the promenade above, it could really use a serious makeover.
