Riddle: What's Red and Blue and Green All Over?

Jets/Seahawks Crowd

The seats in Giants Stadium, particularly, when the Jets are looking better than Big Blue.

At 10-4 after a great all-around effort in a 37-14 win over the visiting Seattle Seahawks yesterday, we would think the Jets can relax as they coast into the AFC playoffs, right? Not so fast. In order to clinch an iron-clad spot in the postseason, they must defeat AFC East rival New England next weekend at home (4 p.m., TV: CBS).

But on a day in which everyone in Green seemed to have a great afternoon (even much-maligned Offensive Coordinator Paul Hackett was commended for his play calling mix), quarterback Chad Pennington got unusually snippy in a somewhat Diva-like postgame media moment from Chad (Exhibit A) was deemed notable by at least two team beat writers, especially those from the tabloids (Exhibit B). But to his credit, he did use his residual anger at the media constructively.
