If riders decrease as more people bike around the city, the MTA will use it as an excuse to further raise fares because their income will have decreased.

In Bloomberg, Inc. managing directors who consistently underbudget their projects, are replaced. In Bloomberg&apos;s NYC gov&apos;t the same managers are rewarded....&lt;/p&gt;</description>
