SEATTLE, PHILLY, BOSTON, PARIS...SINGAPORE?: Nice to hear about the new cities, but seriously, think about Singapore. They&apos;re always a lot going on, people are web-savvy there, and they speak English. It&apos;s a strange place. Drugs=death, but prostitution is legal!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
