With the bowl picture set, how did your team do? Do you think they got robbed by the BCS? Are lucky to be in anything at all, or are just right where they are. Better yet, are you making the trip to watch your team in points south or west?
1. Auburn – They may be #3 in the BCS but we think they would beat either USC or Oklahoma on a neutral field.
2. Southern Cal – Closer game with UCLA than many expected. Received the benefit of the doubt this year after being snubbed by the BCS last season: started the year #1 and weren’t going to drop unless they lost.
3. Oklahoma – Beating up on a hapless Colorado team doesn’t prove much, but make no mistake this is a great team too. Playoff anyone?
4. California – Should be in the Rose Bowl for the first time in nearly 50 years. Instead go to the Holiday Bowl. Talk about a disappointment.
5. Utah - It would be nice to see how they stack up against the big boys. Instead they play another mid-major team – Pittsburgh.
6. Texas – Lost to the only real quality team they played all year: Oklahoma. Lucked their way into the Rose Bowl.
7. Virginia Tech – Hung tough with USC in game one and won in the Orange Bowl in game twelve to win the ACC championship. Excellent season.
8. Georgia
9. Louisville
10. Michigan
11. Iowa
12. LSU
13. Boise State
14. Florida State
15. Wisconsin

Thanks for realizing that USC should NOT be #1. Their schedule was certainly not the most challenging, and that almost-loss to UCLA shows their weakness. Best news of the season: Urban to UF!
This list is ridiculous. What does USC have to do to prove themeselves? Sure, the SCORE was closer than expected but anyone who actually watched the game knows it wasn't close. Take into account the game was at UCLA, they had three weeks to prepare for the game, and it's basically their Super Bowl. Is 32 of their last 33 not enough for SC to gain your respect? Even with the one loss in that time span occuring last year to Cal (you're current #4) in triple OT. Or, do they have to destroy Auburn (your #1) again! Remember, they beat what's basically the same Auburn team 23-0 last year.
Can I please draw your attention to what you said after Auburn played their most hated rival?
“Auburn – No blow-out this week, but that rarely happens in the Iron Bowl, especially considering Alabama was at home and has a great defense.“
Why don't you ever give the same consideration to USC? As Justin said, UCLA had THREE WEEKS to prepare and they were playing at home. And it wasn't even a close game - UCLA was totally outplayed. It's too bad there isn't a playoff because USC would destroy everyone.
