I'm pretty sure it's in Fort Greene, or at least on the outskirts. When I used to walk to Brooklyn Tech, the building was a very visible landmark I could use to gauge my distance from school. There is or at least was a Quicktime VR panorama of Brooklyn taken from the building floating around the Web somewhere, which would give a good idea of what kind of view to expect from the condos, but darned if I can find it now.

That's considered in Fort Greene? Who knew? Is BAM in Fort Greene then? I always just generically called it "downtown," or Prospect Heights.

It should be noted that this building is not IN Williamsburg; it sits at approximately the intersection of Flatbush and Atlantic, across from the new, awful Atlantic Center. It's technically in Fort Greene.
