<description>&lt;p&gt;That&apos;s all good advice. I would also recommend, for fall and winter skirts, trying to find ones that are lined. I think they hang a little better, and tend not too creep up your legs if the tights you are wearing are not super-smooth.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
