city rag reminds us that the Tompkins Square Dog Run's Halloween Parade has been rescheduled from Saturday to Sunday at noon, because of "scary" weather tomorrow (rain). Gothamist will be there to cheer on animals wearing unwieldy costumes and their brave owners, like this small child and dog whose parents/owners decided that Harry Potter would be the theme.
