Sell Outs: A Special Edition

This is where Gothamist tells you what tickets to buy...before they sell out and you are left bargaining on Craigslist.

First and foremost there is the Arcade Fire @ Bowery November 11th, it's sold out now but we bet that they'll add more tickets, so keep checking.

Okay, so why is this a special edition you may be asking. Well, for the past month or two Gothamist has been putting together its first event. There will be more information on this to come, but for now all you need to know is that it's at the Knitting Factory main space on November 16th. The lineup is: the Fresh, Asobi Seksu, Snowden, Sons of Sound and the Tarts of Pleasure deejaying. BUY TICKETS NOW!

Here's a list of other events you may want to buy ahead of time for...

Andrew Bird at Southpaw on November 9th. Used to play violin for the Squirrel Nut Zippers a long time ago but has put out several solo albums and is on a whole 'nother tip...well worth checking out.

The GBV shows have been sold out for at least a couple weeks now, actually. Must be something to do with it being their LAST TOUR EVER!

Broken Social Scene's website says the show at Bowery is December 13th. Tix not on sale yet.

Isn't the Broken Social Scene show on Dec. 13 an opener for the Pixies at Hammerstein..?... - and that's sold out (have fun flogging yourself on craigslist).
Please oh please, let Dec. 15 at B-Ballroom be true....

Rasputina the 31st, BB Kings.

On the Broken Social Scene website it says:

Monday December 13, 2004
The Bowery Ballroom

Tickets aren't on sale yet so keep checking Ticketweb!

Wow, I can't believe TfF made the list... good for you!
