<description>&lt;p&gt;   Look I feel for this guy , The bottom line is you have to be fit enough to do the job ! What this guy has is a severe handicap that could play a role in an accident . I don&apos;t care if he just opens and closes the doors ! You need to be alert at all times . What if something happens on the train outside of a staion and this guy is asleep? I don&apos;t even want to think about that ! He shouldn&apos;t have been given the job in the first place . This is not me hating on a guy that got a good job with benefits , It&apos;s all about the safety issue . &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;If he&apos;s a conductor, then that&apos;s fine.

If he&apos;s an operator, then no- even if he is taking his medication. No one can be certain that he&apos;ll forget to take them one day or something. Too many people&apos;s lives are at stake.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
