Ready New York Nights Event Tonight at Brooklyn College

Our fabulous friends at the New York City Office of Emergency Management have assembled a coterie of agencies--including the NYPD, FDNY, Department of Health, ASPCA, Red Cross and National Weather Service, among others--to answer your most probing questions about all things disaster-related. The series of events, Ready New York Nights, has already kicked off, but there are still four evenings of vital information and schwag (free Starbucks Coffee! Go Bag Door Prizes! Quizzes! Plus a tour of the Mobile Data Center!), including one TONIGHT in Brooklyn:

Tuesday, Sept. 14 - Brooklyn College - Gershwin Theatre, Campus Rd. & Hillel Place, Brooklyn

Tuesday, Sept. 21 - LaGuardia Community College - Mainstage Theatre, Van Dam St. & 47th Ave., Queens

Thursday, Sept. 23 - College of Staten Island - Performing & Creative Arts Bldg., 2800 Victory Blvd., Staten Island

Tuesday, Sept. 28 - Hostos Community College - Main Theatre, 450 Grand Concourse, Bronx

All events are from 7-9 PM. If you are able to attend, drop us a note and let us know how it went--and what the heck is in a Go Bag. I'm hoping it's a Tom Ridge blow-up doll.
